Extremely tough solid rubber fins provide excellent thrust for a range of kicking styles, including modified frog kick. Blade slots reduce down-stroke effort while improving efficiency. Stainless steel spring straps are secure and convenient.
The size of fin that you need will depend on the size of the dive boots or dry suit boots that you are wearing, including thickness of the sole. The following table lists the internal width and height of the fin pocket across the ball of the foot and at the opening. Being rubber, the foot pocket will shape around your boot, so these measurements are approximate figures only. The critical measurement is the width at the "ball of the foot". Measure the maximum width of your dive boots sole and select the fin size with the same or larger Width (ball) in the table, then check that the other dimensions are about right.
