He/O2 Analyser

The analyser switches into the helium and oxygen measuring mode upon activation, so there is no need for you to set up anything. Open the valve on the bottle to let the gas flow in. The gas composition is displayed after approximately 5–10 seconds depending on cylinder pressure.

The analyser is manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy, which guarantees stable dimensions and resistance against mechanical damage. The surface is hard-anodized to protect it against scratching.

The analyser features a membrane keypad and an easy to read amber OLED display on which the measured values are shown.

Measured gas is fed into the analysed-mix inlet on the back of the analyzer and passes through the helium-concentration sensor. From there, it enters the oxygen-sensor block and is expelled into the air by the mix exhaust. The rated flow of the analysed mix is 0.2 L/min.

The analyser is powered by a standard nine-volt battery (type 6F22) (rechargeable Li-Ion supplied) or by an external power supply connected to the left side. The battery is accessible from the bottom by removing the two screws of the retaining cover.

On the back of the analyser, there is a connector for attaching auxiliary devices (for measuring cylinder pressure during filling, tank temperature, electrical voltage and resistance, etc). A USB connector is located on the side for transferring data to a computer and for updating firmware.

The analyser is equipped with a barometric pressure sensor for automatic ambient pressure calibration.

The professional flow limiter is ideal for precision analysis of both full cylinders before a dive and nearly empty cylinders before filling. Regulates gas flow to constant 0.2L/min using a reduction valve, flow is independent of pressure. DIN connector, rated for 300bar | 4350psi.

Watertight PELI 1200 Protector Case with foam cutouts for the He/O2 Analyser and accessories.  Features: IP Rating 67 (dust tight, water immersion up to 1m | 2.5ft depth for 30 minutes), automatic pressure equalisation valve, easy-open latches, rubber ‘O-ring’ seal, scratch resistant, solid wall design.

Connection hose with fittings for use with professional, standard or inflator flow limiters. It is meant for the cylinder low-pressure connection with the diameter of 5.8 mm | 0.228in.

Voltmeter plug-in switches your He/O2 Analyser to measuring mode to check battery charges (eg canister lights, scooters, etc). It measures the varying tension up to 28 V (RMS) and the constant tension up to 40 V with polarity indication.

Ohmmeter plug-in switches your He/O2 Analyser to measuring mode to check resistance (eg light heads, cables, etc). I measures impedance in the range of 0-1000 ohms.

Measuring cables for use with Voltmeter and Ohmmeter.
